About this house sitting position in Mission Beach

We have a three-bedroom home only 400mt from the beach. Our dog is a large Labrador X Staffie, about 3 years old (a rescue dog with unknown age); he loves people - always looking for pats, and other dogs to run with on the beach. He loves his daily walk to the beach; he's easy to walk, but I use a Halti lead to stop him pulling when excited. Ollie is an outdoors dog, he comes inside in the evenings, but sleeps outside in a kennel on the veranda; an enticement of a chicken neck or bone wins every time!!! We live in a very quiet and private location only a short walk or drive to shops. There's a Woolworths at Wongaling beach, 5km from the house.
We have a number of outdoor pot plants - including vegetables in pots, and gardens to water, and a couple of indoor plants, mostly we get sufficient rain that gardens don't need much watering, but we have a watering system if needed.
As we are travelling overseas, leaving on the 15th August, the house sitter will need to be here the day prior to be shown "the ropes" with Ollie and the yard.
