About this house sitting position in Monbulk victoria

We need a house sitter for 14 year old dog who is mainly inside on his bed but loves to wonder on our land. A15 year old cat that sleeps inside but loves to go in and out but not at night. We have 2 alpaccas, 3 sheep that feed themselves mostly2x a week we supply them with hay. Due to my animals being old I need someone who will be home overnight preferably most times.
They are well enough but have a bit of arthritis. My daughter lives next door and can be contacted if required for emergencies but not to take on the minding of the cat a dog.
It's a comfortable house with quiet living.
