About this house sitting position in Moonta Bay

Lovely historical Cornish town in the northern part of Yorke Peninsula SA. A few minutes to village shops beautiful beaches and the best fishing. 2 hours north of Adelaide. Small, modern easy-care house with lovely outdoor area and garden. You'll share with 'Claude Monet', the feline who owns me (and no doubt he'll own you!). He's 10 years old, extremely friendly and very cheeky! If you like peace and quiet and don't mind a superbly comfortable bed, then this lovely home should do nicely. As the bedroom is small and the bed is against the wall, the sit would suit a solo person. Ideally, I'd like a solo lady with no pets to sit from time to time. This sit is for one month. All I ask is that you respect my home and leave it as you find it. Claude Monet toilets outdoors and can get in and out. So no litter tray to clean… just feeding, on demand! Haha! It’s fine to leave the home for outings, just so long as your lord and master gets his morning and evening meals, some cuddle time and a bit of a chat. As it’ll be May at the time of the sit, I expect that the rain will take care of the garden. If not, then watering be required. Plants under cover will need water every few days.
