We have a modern 4yr old double story house located in a quiet court in Mooroolbark. The house includes all modern amenities, including a six person heated massage spa (undercover) to relax in at your leisure.

Our location is close to Chirnside Park shopping centre (10 min walk) and right next to the Yarra Valley winery region. Lock up garage for one car available, and plenty of room in driveway for extra vehicles/caravan.

Our boys are Ollie a 3yr old golden retriever and Tucker a 4yr old wheaten terrier. We have a large backyard for them to run around in, so no need to walk them unless you wish to.

We have a couple of indoor plants that need to be watered and a small veggie patch.
