3 level townhouse with a rooftop terrace located a short walk from the vibrant Mordialloc High Street and Mordialloc beach. The property is adjacent to train tracks but is well sound proofed and this is not an issue on a daily basis. Will come with a parking space in a single car garage. Would require pet-sitting for a 4 year old female spoodle that requires at least 2 walks a day to a nearlby park with beautiful walking trails along a small river.
