About this house sitting position in Moriac

Family home in quiet Surf Coast town 15 minutes from Geelong, 20 minutes from Torquay or Anglesea. We have 4 bedrooms but only 2 bedrooms are available for sleeping for this stay, a Queen bedroom and double bedroom.
We have a second living space with a wall of books that we use for some gentle exercise.
This small town has a general store, school and preschool. A small Pharmacy and Medical centre on some days only.
You would need transport but is a great opportunity if you like walking, beautiful scenery and generally a quieter lifestyle.
We are close to the Great Ocean Road.
We have a 11 year old female Koolie dog called Billie. ( note the other dog in the photo is our sons)
She is an outside dog.
Our block is large a half acre but definitely not manicured lawns, we dont water our grassed areas or other parts of the garden as we are on a system that produces appropriate water from household use pumping it onto the garden.
There is a vegetable patch that may need some watering but is on an automatic system .
Preference would be for someone who isn't gone long hours every day . Billie loves a lwalk and company.
