Townhouse with a large back patio and a smaller one, both of which are great in the mornings to read, have breakfast or enjoy a drink in the evening. Great neighbors in a small complex and safe neighbourhood.
There are bus stops in easy walking distance, a train station five minutes walk away, and the city is 15 minutes drive.
There is a large Westfield within 10 mins drive and a couple of shopping centres in close distance with a Coles, Woolies & KMart etc.
If you like to walk there is a bushland trail 5 mins drive away with numerous walking tracks and am close to Minnippi Parklands.
There are plenty of cafes close by and busy Oxford Street is a ten minute drive with restaurants, shops and cinemas.
I have Theo who’s 7 years old and Moe who’s 5 years old, both are Tonkinese male and inside cats. Both are super affectionate, Theo is very chilled and Moe as a very playful and sweet. They have no special needs except cuddles and mainly keep each other occupied.
I require my plants to be watered but apart from that you can just relax and enjoy an easy house sit.
