Warm, character filled three bedroom home set behind a secure automated gate on a low maintenance block. Fully enclosed yard with mod grass, and outdoor dining. Located within easy walking distance to parks, cafés, shops, and medical facilities, just 3km from Mornington Main Street and 2.2km from local beaches.

Two friendly dogs live here: Cooper(amazing with people, not great with dogs when on a lead), a 12-year-old Groodle who is very low maintenance, and Milo, a 3-year-old Cavalier currently in training to improve his manners. Both dogs are affectionate and love a cuddle. Walk requirements depend on the length of stay short stays and weekends are usually fine without regular walks. Cooper walks with a Halti as he can be rude to unfamiliar dogs, and Milo wears a harness.
Care is required when opening and closing the automatic front gate, as the dogs are learning to stay within the yard. The gate remote is very sensitive and can activate if placed in a pocket, so mindfulness is important.
