Our home is located 5 mins walk to the beach track along the cliffs in Mornington with several beach options less than 10 mins walk. Our home is 2 story 5 years old architectural design. Security gate and cctv.

Please note the bedrooms and main bathroom are on the second level.

The nearest train station is at Frankston a 15 min drive. Or there are bus connections available.

Shops 100 m away, Cafe, Thai restaurant, pizza shop and bakery. Main st Mornington fabulous shopping and restaurants and bars is 1.5 km.

20 mins to Mornington Peninsula winery region (world class) with amazing cellar doors and food options.

The house has reverse cycle air conditioning. High speed internet and Foxtel/Netflix/Stan.

We have a 10 year old Greyhound 'Girly' who is very chilled and friendly she likes a walk in the morning and evening and other than feeding once a day will sleep most of the time!

We have a low maintenance small garden which in hotter weather may need watering occasionally (10 mins max) we also have a pool but might be a bit cold in October :-)

The accommodation is upstairs along with a media room and large bathroom. Downstairs is the kitchen with large fridge and butlers pantry. Great laundry with washer and dryer.(see pics) Family Room 75 Inch TV.
