Newly built 3 bed 2 bath two-storey house - but everything you'll need is downstairs: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living space with open kitchen. The house has a nice alfresco at the back with a cute little backyard. The house comes with our lovely border collie Billie. She can be a bit shy at first but she's very loving and loves her daily walks and chasing the ball at the nearby oval.
The house is only 5-10 mins drive to the beach, 5 mins to the closest Coles and 10 mins to Westfield Marion (shopping centre). Close to the tram stop that will take you to the city and Glenelg.
We do not require much except from keeping the house tidy, feeding Billie and taking her on walks once a day - she's pretty independent.
