About this house sitting position in Moruya

Brick home with rural outlook
4 bedroom on 2 ha.
Any applicants will need to be capable of managing lawns with ride on lawn mower and use whipper snipper-Around 1 hour to do weekly . We imagine the role would be best covered by couple who have extensive rural experience.(ie, machinery, firewood, pumps etc)
The house has a wood fire therefore applicants need to be able to split fire wood using a blockbuster.
Pool - salt water. To be manually vacuumed when required.
Gardens - may need some hand watering
Pet dog (springer spaniel)to be looked after including daily walks that takes about 45 mins (5km bush trails) from the house.
Pool and garden upkeep.
Tank water.
3kms to town.
Beaches and river only minutes away.
Must be non smoker.
The start date that I have put is firm however the finish date may extend into August-decision won’t be known till later.
