About this house sitting position in Mosman

I live in a ground floor, 2 bed apartment, with a wrap around private enclosed outside area, in a small block of 5 units and 2 town houses. The unit is walkable to shops, public transport and restaurants. My furry friend is a 12 year old maltalier (maltese/cavalier). Friendly, happy, cuddly, fluffy and just gorgeous. He can be a bit nervous sometimes which is why I'd prefer to have someone to stay at mine to look after him, as he likes to be around humans. He is getting older and suffers with stiffness so short slow walks rather than long ones are what works for him.

I would prefer a couple/individual that works from home as I never leave him for more than 5 hours at a time, as he gets a bit lonely, as we all do. Walks and cuddles are all that's required and of course food.
