Our home is a modern, 2-story house 500m from the beach and close to a public transport. Leighton and Cottesloe Beaches are 1km walk away and the river is also accessible by foot. A train stop 150m from our house provides easy access to Fremantle and Perth city. The ducted reverse cycle system provides both heat and cooling and we also have a wood heater in the living room. The open plan living, recently renovated kitchen and dining looks out to a private courtyard with deck and alfresco area with Weber BBQ.

We have a much loved, active, 3 year old Border Collie x Labrador. She loves a good run in the morning at the beach or one of the nearby dog parks and ideally a shorter walk or run in the afternoon. During the day she is happy to just lie on her mat or near whoever is home.
