About this house sitting position in Moss Vale

I live in a 2 storey, 4 bedroom house in a good street in Moss Vale with the shops just 5 mins walk away. Frank my dog is a cross between a dachshund and German shorthaired pointer, he is very friendly and enjoys other dogs, but I prefer sitters without dogs or cats. There is an off lead park only 3 mins drive away.
The house downstairs has 2 lounges both with TV, medium sized kitchen, small laundry/butlers pantry, a downstairs bathroom and large office.
Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms, a separate large bathroom with a separate toilet.
It is has 1/2 acre of garden if you can use a ride-on mower and do some watering, that would be great, anything else is up to you.

“Bob is an excellent communicator and high quality person. His instructions were very clear. Frank is a delightful companion and a very loving pooch who really enjoys his trips to off-the-lead Seymour Park and socialising with all the other dogs. The classy and beautifully furnished 2- storey chateau style home in the Southern Highlands has spacious sloping grounds, excellent heating and all mod cons, and with garaging available for my car was comfortable and made my stay very enjoyable. I look forward to being of service to Bob & Frank again at another time in the future and highly recommend this Experience to any other prospective Sitter. ”
