1 acre , very comfortable 4 bedroom home with a low maintenance garden , wood heater , reverse cycle heating/cooling , 2 bathrooms and easy to look after solar heated Swimming pool , located 5 minutes walk from the award winning laratinga wetlands , chickens x 6 ( with their own yard and with a solar activated chook house door ?)and 4yr old staffy x heeler Dexter , who needs a daily walk and lots of cuddles and a regular game of footy ? ( he is trained (level 4 dog obedience) ), 1 54 year old Sulphur Crested Cockatoo.,
Mount barker is a great country town with loads of Restaurants , shops, gyms , walking trails, bike trails and a cinema whilst only being 30 km from Adelaide CBD
