About this house sitting position in Mount Duneed

US:
We are a young couple living in our own home. We enjoy entertaining friends in our home, are not particularly high maintenance, like our space to be tidy but most of all comfortable.

HOME AND AREA:
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large living / dining area. We are happy to sleep you in one of our spare bedrooms with double or queen bed (off the living area.)

Kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster, kettle etc. Average size backyard with, grassed area, decking, bbq and outdoor furniture. Brick area with outdoor fire pit. Office space with printer also available for use if needing to do any work.

Local ammenities - play park 2 blocks away, IGA within walking distance, family friendly, 5 minute drive to Coles and local library.

Central to the coast and town - 15ish minute drive to Torquay, Barwon Heads, Geelong. Easy to get on to ring road to Melbourne. Close to Waurn Ponds station.

OUR DOG:
Boof, is our 7yo German Shorthaired Pointer seeking a friend or 2 while we’re away. Typical to the breed, Boof is a big softie who likes to sit in your lap as he believes he is the size of a chihuahua. He’s working on his apprenticeships in cooking (loves to know what you’re doing in the kitchen), laundry services (will follow you to the laundry, clothesline and oversee folding), housekeeping (just not the vacuuming) and gardening. He already has degrees in napping, fetch and hide and seek (you hide the food, he seeks it).
Boof benefits highly from daily off lead fetch and will play till his heart is content aka when he will no longer drop the ball at your feet. If you would like to build your upper arm strength, Boof can help, just take him for a walk on a lead.
Overall, Boof is a kind and loving dog who seeks care from someone with these shared values.

OTHER:
We'd love if you could please Water citrus trees and herb garden. 1 x indoor plant (if still alive). and Pick up Boof’s poops every couple of days. Read more...
