About this house sitting position in Mount Eliza

We have a large 5 bedroom home in peaceful Mount Eliza on approx 1 acre. Lovely area, plenty of things to do and see on the peninsula! We have 3 chihuahas and 1 persian cat, a tank of tropical fish and 10 backyard chickens. Whoever sits for us would need to feed the animals, clean out the kitty litter and let the chickens out at 8:30am each morning and close them up for the night at sunset (approx. 8:30pm) this is very important as if the chickens aren't locked up the fox will come and eat them so you must be able to do this every night!! The cat is inside only and just likes to be with you and sit in your lap so must love cats! The 3 dogs do not live inside they have an outdoor kennel run they live in and they don't require walking as they can run in the large backyard. The fish just need a sprinkle of food each day and no tank cleaning required while we are gone.

Important information: You wouldn't be completely alone in the house whilst here, my mum lives here (in a seperate part of the house - the only shared area is the kitchen - you would have your own lounge room, bathroom and bedroom and likely would rarely encounter my mum as she doesn't venture into the other side of the house) however she has dementia and is very confused (but friendly!) I am normally her main carer but whilst we are away I have hired a nurse 24 hours a day to be with her however this nurse would not provide pet care or house care hence the need for a reliable sitter. There would be minimal to no contact required with my mum or the nurse and you can come and go as you please so long as the chickens are locked up at night :) we have a pool and Netflix, binge, paramount, Disney+ you can utilise.
