Comfortable Mount Eliza Home with Two Much-Loved Pets
Welcome to my home in beautiful Mount Eliza. I’m looking for a responsible and caring house sitter to enjoy my spacious four-bedroom home while looking after my two much-loved pets.

My home is an older-style house set on a large block, with plenty of space and a comfortable, homely feel. There are two lounge rooms, heating and cooling, Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix. The house is also well suited to someone working from home, with plenty of space to set up a comfortable workspace.

There is off-street parking available.

The bedrooms
The master bedroom, including its own ensuite, will be available for the house sitter to use. Alternatively, there is also a guest bedroom available if you prefer.

A couple of the other rooms will be closed up while I’m away.

The garden
The garden is quite large and there is plenty to do if you enjoy gardening, although this is certainly not an expectation. I’m not much of a gardener myself, so there’s no need to worry about keeping everything perfectly maintained.

The location
I’m in a great part of Mount Eliza, with beautiful beaches less than 4km away — around a 5-minute drive. Mount Eliza Village is just over 2km away, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and local shops.

Frankston Station is around a 10-minute drive away, with regular train services into Melbourne’s CBD.

My Border Collie
My Border Collie is a very affectionate and people-loving dog who enjoys plenty of attention and, of course, his daily walks. He’ll need feeding, walking and some company each day.

He’s very happy spending time in the backyard and is also comfortable being left alone for periods of time.

Unfortunately, he isn’t friendly with other dogs, so I’m unable to accommodate additional dogs.

My cat
My cat is also very affectionate and easy to care for. She has an automatic feeder for her dry food, so she simply needs wet food each day and her water topped up.

She has a cat door and comes and goes outside, although she may occasionally need her litter tray cleaned.

What I’m looking for
Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys animals and will treat my home and pets with care and respect.

During the stay, I’d ask that you keep the house reasonably clean and tidy, look after the pets as described and take care of the usual little things that come with looking after a home, such as bringing in the mail and putting the bins out.

In return, you’ll have a spacious and comfortable home in a lovely part of the Mornington Peninsula, with beaches, cafés, restaurants and local amenities all within easy reach.

This would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment, having a dog and cat around, and being close to the beach and everything Mount Eliza has to offer.
