Caring couple or mature single person to look after my 13 year old girl , make sure she gets lots of love and hugs
mow the lawn when needed, water plants
Walk her only for 10 to 15mins a day x 2 if not just once
Pickup lawn droppings
Check the mail
Sweep out side if needed etc
And clean inside as you go....
