About this house sitting position in Mount Light

Our home is situated on a lifestyle property of 7 acres amongst an extensive park garden area of established European trees with surrounding native bush land and views across a surrounding treed valley and farmland. With views from every window of our 3 bedroom home and the sound of continual birdsong from our resident bird population our property holds a peace and beauty that makes our home a special place.
Our house is neat and clean with a separate guest area, comfortable new queen bed and mattress and separate guest bathroom for our house sitter.
The house is supplied by tank water and powered mostly by solar and battery.
We are looking for a house sitter that will love our beautiful ragdoll cat Kooki. Her main requirement apart from twice a day feeding is to have company and to take her for a walk outside around our property each day. We have 2 hens and 5 sheep that also need supervision.
We have an extensive garden and lawn area that we have been rehabilitating over the past year since living here. It is watered via a bore pump by hundreds of meters of irrigation involving pop up sprinklers and drippers which will need checking once or twice a week depending on temperatures. Watering is mostly automated. A small amount of hand watering may also be required. We also have a vegetable garden which house sitters are welcome to use produce from.
A house sitter with a hands on practical aptitude and able to operate basic technology (if necessary for automated irrigation) and who can walk on a slope would be preferable for the sake of checking irrigation points and taking the cat for a stroll.
