17 hectare lifestyle property with a modern & well appointed house with beautiful views across native vegetation & views to the ocean.
One easy going Cardigan Corgi (Daisy) to feed & walk twice a day & a small amount of watering required during dry periods.
We are 15 minutes from a very good supermarket, in Mt Compass, 20 minutes from Willunga.

“Lisa was an exceptional home owner:
friendly, timely replies to all messages & reports; an updated information folder including details of each house appliance inside and out, lfriendly neighbours, local contacts, emergency etc. There was also plenty of verbal explanations from Lisa and Marc.
House supplies were all topped up.
Lisa and Moarc were also exceptional hosts during our relaxed pre-meetings. The home is beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
It was enjoyable bonding with their qu quiet, sweat, smart corgi, Daisy. There's plenty of bushland on the property for wildlife, birds and for walks with Daisy.
Also exceptional are the mountain top views and weather watching. Do enjoy this house sit as much as I did.
