About this house sitting position in MOUNT MARTHA;VIC

We live in Mt Martha on the Mornington Peninsula. We have a 4 bedroom home with a fairly large garden and pool. We're looking for someone to look after our home and more importantly, our 6 year old toy cavoodle who is very precious to us (of course!) for about 4 weeks from mid June to mid July. Peggy can get a bit anxious when we're not around but she loves people and is well socialised with other dogs. She's a happy dog - she walks in the morning for maybe an hour (via the coffee shop) and usually a shorter walk in the afternoon. I'd like someone who is home all day as that's what she's used to. Having said that, she can be left for shopping, gym etc from time to time. We usually leave her with a dog sitter when we go away with whom she's been going to since she was little but I'm wondering whether she'd be happier in her own home. We'd like someone who loves little dogs and is happy to love her to bits and spend the time with her.
