About this house sitting position in Mount Sheridan

Hello. We have a 5 bedroom home in a lovely suburb called Forest Gardens. We are a family of three and have a 10 year old Bull Arab and an outdoor tabby cat. Our neighbours are gorgeous and helpful and there are bike paths just behind our house to head out and enjoy the beautiful area. We are away in June/July for 3+ weeks and are looking for someone/couple who would like a quiet place to stay with a few pets for company. The dog gets fed once a day and the cat just gets a full bowl of food every few days and a water top up. There will be a spare bedroom provided with a queen bed (see pics) and full bathroom. House includes a pool, CCTV, dishwasher, washing machine, and full kitchen. The garage will have two cars in it, but there will be space provided on the driveway for a vehicle or two. Spare cars are not able to be driven by housesitter. The house is about a 12 minute drive to the CBD of Cairns and there is a bus stop about 4 minute walk.
