About this house sitting position in Mountain Creek

Its all about Miss Piper really. A cruisy Boxer x Staffy Dog that requires 2 x short walks per day & someone that is home most evenings & sometimes during the day. Can be hypo to start but settles and is non reactive. Inside dog at night but sleeps through on own bed & not allowed on furniture.

Home is 3 bedroom 1 bathroom, 1 garage space. Offering the queen bedroom.
There is a tenant in the granny flat but totally separate entrance, only shared zone is the garage.

House is located 4 min walk to shops, tavern, restaurants. 1 minute across the road is the Brightwater Lake which is great for its views and walking track. Located 10 min to Mooloolaba Beach or Kawana ShoppingWorld.

There will be some watering of pots (5-10 mins a couple of times per week) and 1 mow required which takes about 40mins (20 front, 20 back).
