About this house sitting position in Mt Cotton

We have a single story 4 bedroom house on half acre with a pool in a nice peaceful setting at Mount Cotton. It has a large patio/deck area to enjoy the morning sun. Inside has air con with spacious living areas.
You would need to look after our 10 year old outdoor/indoor cat Billy who is very friendly and a bit needy with his brushing & stroking, keep the pool free from leaves ect. The garden is low care and theres a few plants around the patio to be watered.
From our home its 10 mins drive to Redland Bay or Victoria Point, 5 mins to Sirromet Winery, theres lots of shop, cinemas, cafes around.
There is a local Supa IGA , take aways, Chemists, etc within walking distance plus nice parklands at the end of the street.
Room for caravan/motor home if required.

“Wendy and Ian, who are very easy to communicate with, have a wonderful home with many amenities to allow for a very relaxing house sit. We were provided with lots of information for Billy, the house and location. Billy, who is a cool laid back friendly cat that would chat to us to let us know his needs, was a pleasure to look after. The house is very close to local shops, which are easily accessed by a short walk through a huge well set out park. We would be delighted to house here again. ”
