Need a tree change with peace and tranquility then this 44 acre property of which we have a 3 bedroom, 2 living area farm house on about an acre of fenced land would be perfect! House has electricity, septic and tank water. Only 10 min drive from Bungendore, 35 min from Queanbeyan and 45 min from Goulburn We have 1 Tabby cat (Mac) who is 11yo, 1 Norfolk Terrier dog (Obi) totally blind from birth who is 2yo, however can navigate his way around very easily plus 5 chooks.
