About this house sitting position in Mt Lawley

We live in an old federation house 3km from CBD and near to the Swan River. Our chocolate labrador retriever, Dossie, is 6 years old and a real sweetie. Well trained, does not go on furniture, gets exercised twice a day, no separation anxiety although she really likes to be with her people.
She is used to having company most of the day so we are looking for sitters who are retired or possibly who work from home. Our house and garden is quite large so the position is probably better suited to a couple rather than an individual.
While looking after Dossie we'd appreciate you cleaning out the pool filter (a man comes in to do the main pool care), and keeping an eye on our two small frog ponds. (They just need water topped up and occasional leaves removed.) Paths need occasional sweeping and pot plants on the verandah looked after. All the gardens are reticulated/on a sprinkler system.
We have a large driveway which could accommodate a lower style caravan but not a tall model. (Tree branch is in the way of larger models and unfortunately our shire won't allow a van parked out the front.)
