Small single level home in a group of three. Easy walking distance from the river and access to public transport and the freeway. Small Shi Tsu rescue dog to care for, who loves a daily walk. Garden is small with some watering required if the weather is dry. Off road parking for vehicle and small caravan. (Garage is fully occupied). One bedroom with double bed available for house-sitter. No common walls with the other residences.
