Dog / House Sitter - Mudgeeraba - Gold Coast

We are looking for a dog and house sitter from 6th June 2024 to 22nd June 2024
This will be a 16-night stay as we arrive home on 22nd.

Ok a bit about us.
We have 3 very happy and excitable English staffy’s. When I say excitable, when you arrive home from being out, be it 5 mins or 5hrs they will greet you with licks, jumping, and excitable happiness. After 5 mins they calm down and go back to their lazy laying around selves. We have 2 blue boys, 1 is 7yrs other is 8yrs and 1 tan and white girl who is 13yrs old (I will add pictures).
The dogs don’t need walking or exercising unless you want to. They do have a special diet however I will have all meal preps done for them so it’s just a matter of pulling the meals out of the freezer in the morning for night feed.
I work from home full time, so they are used to having someone with them most of the time, they wander inside and out during the day, sleeping or playing depending on their mood. If your sitting watching TV they will snuggle on the lounge with you and love lots of loving.
Primarily we are after either a couple or a single person that has had lots of experience with larger and energetic dogs. We would prefer you to be in the age bracket of between 25-50yrs. We would also prefer someone that would be home most of the time. I don’t mean that as in you would need to be here 24/7 as we are not, but not after someone working full time in a job either that wouldn’t be home at all.
One of the dogs has special needs (and is on medication) so when we do go out we leave him inside. But we can go through the finer needs of the dogs when we find someone that would like to do this sit to make sure they are a good suit and can accommodate all their needs.
We also ask for this age group and preferably a couple as we live on a 5acre block. Our home is small and modern, has all the facilities you would need, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Netflix, NBN, etc, and a large outdoor area, we are on Tank water only.
We live in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast and our property is only a 6 min drive from the Township of Mudgeeraba, and then only another 5 mins across the highway to Robina.
Mudgeeraba has everything you need from supermarkets, post office, salons, pub, restaurants, café’s, bakeries, everything you would need, but if you’re after a bigger shopping centre there is Robina Town Centre not far across the highway. We are about 20min drive to Burleigh Heads Beach which is a lovely beach and has a beautiful walking track.
I do have family that live on the same property so if there is anything needed with the house or any problems there would be someone that could help you.
