Our spacious and modern home is located just 15 minutes away from the beach, and 5 minutes away from a major shopping center. We are located in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood with plenty of parks and wildlife reserves nearby.

Our open plan home comes with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk through robe and an ensuite. It also opens onto the undercover deck area. The second bedroom has a single bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and large adjustable stand up/sit down desk. The fourth has a cot. The main bathroom features a separate shower and bath with a separate toilet adjacent.

It also features a beautiful salt water swimming pool, which is great for relaxing and soaking up some sun. The backyard is spacious and includes an outdoor entertaining area, perfect for barbecues.

Our home is well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are confident that you will enjoy your time here and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.

We also have a beautiful 5 year old black Labrador called Bear. He has a lovely gentle nature and is great with kids.
