We have a large home & property. While there are no pets to look after, the lawns & garden will need mowing, pruning & weeding. A ride on mower & other tools needed are all available for use & will be supplied. There is an automated sprinkler system so a working knowledge on how to maintain it is desirable. Preference will go to a non smoking couple, no children & no pets. A caravan parking space behind a fence is available.
