About this house sitting position in Murrays Beach

Potential sitter, MUST be non smokers and clean living.

Sunny our pup is 12 years old, she is desexed & vaccinated!

Due to her allergies she is only allowed to eat the food we provide (seafood dog food)

Sunny’s ideal life is to eat, sleep, snore & to be loved.

She will prefer to sleep in the bed with you but will happily sleep on her bed.

Her knickname is “Dancy Pants” as she dances around in circles when food is around, another nickname is “Beryl” that’s when she’s naughty which thankfully isn’t often.

Sunny enjoys the beach & will go into the water, but these days the walks are shorter as she usually seeks the shade of an unsuspecting beachgoers umbrella.

Walks in & around Murrays Beach are also beautiful and Sunny does well walking for a maximum of 30 minutes & more than that we do carry water for her.

About our home:

We have a beautiful home that is just over 3 1/2 years old.

We have 1 bedroom available for potential sitter & private bathroom/powder-room.

Your room: has a queen size bed + television & built in robe.

Access - Parking place is level but we have stairs (footpath) to front door. We also have 9 internal stairs as our home is split level.

We offer unlimited Wi-Fi, streaming, designated office space (if needed).

Murrays Beach is a purpose built Eco Estate suburb on the banks of Lake Macquarie. Lake Macquarie is 4 1/2 times the size of Sydney Harbour.

About you - You have your own vehicle, while Swansea is a 5 minute drive, to walk into Swansea it is over an hour.

We are surrounded by the stunning Australian Bush and Murrays Beach is undulating with hills and valleys.

There is plenty of walking trails and only in the next suburb is Rafferty's Resort and Cams Wharf Tavern.

Swansea has Coles and Woolworths for your grocery shop, Dr's, McDonalds, Noodle Hut, Chinese, Thai, Bottle Shop and Swansea Hotel along with little cafes to enjoy a nice coffee. Read more...
