Our house is a spacious, well appointed, single level home for our little rainbow family of 3. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, comfortable and spacious living areas, external security cameras and fully Crimsafe security-screened windows and doors. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood with a nature reserve and walking path opposite.

Our 4 precious fur babies (2 boy Burmese and 2 girl Tuxedo cats, (all desexed and vaccinated) are in need of twice daily feeding, some treats occasionally, for their water fountains to be filled, litter trays emptied at least daily and most importantly, the regular presence of a calm, cat friendly person who will pat them, play with them a little and make sure they are well and looked after. Our 2 oldest cats also need a daily tablet to maintain their health.

There's a small side garden, that we have been turning into a fairy garden for our daughter, that needs regular / daily watering that is easily achieved in 5 to 10 mins using the handy hose.

The home has NBN broadband, wifi throughout, large flat screen TVs in living spaces and smaller ones in bedrooms, with access to multiple streaming platforms. There's a pleasant outside undercover sitting area adjacent to the fairy garden and an outside Catio where our indoor cats like to head on most days. This is accessed by a sliding door and cat flap, so that once opened ( each morning) and closed (before it goes dark) the cats can access freely. The cats need to be brought in each night and the door closed if it is raining or going to rain.

We are a no smoking household, so no smoking on the premises please.

We also appreciate you bringing in the occasional parcel delivery, maintaining general household cleanliness and putting the rubbish bins out on Wednesday nights.

The house is in walking distance to a bus route, a 5 min drive to the nearest train station((Redcliffe line), 12 min drive to Westfield North Lakes, approx 20 mins drive to Westfield Chermside and a 15 minute drive to Sandgate, home to waterfront walks, cafe's and bars. Read more...
