About this house sitting position in Nambucca Heads

Hi, I'm looking for a kind and respectful house sitter to look after my beautiful border collie, Mr Finn, and give him some love and attention while I'm gone. You will need to be relatively active, as he needs two regular walks each day.

I live in Hyland Park, Nambucca Heads on the beautiful Mid-North coast of NSW. We're surrounded by creeks, beaches and forests. It's a short drive to town where you'll have Woolies, IGA, cafes/restaurants, an RSL and a surf club. Coffs Harbour is 30 minutes up the freeway if you want more of a city vibe. There is a lovely garden looking out over Deep Creek and access to the creek to paddle board or kayak (I don't have either, but you're welcome to bring yours), or just hang out and dream. There are lots of beautiful places to explore in this area - Bellingen and Dorrigo if you want to go inland, too many places to mention up and down the coast. It's very peaceful at my house and weather permitting you can sit outside on the deck or in the garden and listen to the birds. I have great neighbours surrounding me and it's a very friendly area.

Mr Finn is well-behaved and easy to take care of - he loves his walks and will need two good walks every day as that's what he's used to. There are lots of options - you can walk in the local forest or Hyland Park beach, which is a 10-minute walk through the friendly neighbourhood and/or bush tracks or a 1-minute car ride. It's dog friendly and you can walk for around 3kms each way off-leash at any time of day. A walk along the V-Wall and up around the lookouts or down by the Nambucca River is lovely as well.

The only reason I need a house sitter is for Mr Finn, so I'm looking for someone who will be happy taking him on their adventures with them when possible and spending time at home. I work from home so he is not used to spending long hours by himself, but can be left at home if necessary without any problems.
