About this house sitting position in Nambucca heads

Peaceful 3 bedroom home set just outside the busy area of Nambucca, close to beautiful beaches, rainforest areas, shops and everything you need for a relaxing stay on the coast.
You’ll be caring for three much loved animals who are very much part of the home, not simply pets to feed.
Mungo is convinced he is king of the household, while Dick is a funny, affectionate little comedian in a cat’s body. Both cats are social, independent in their own ways, and have their routines and personalities.
You’ll also be caring for Nima, a six year old rescue Australian Shepherd. She is gentle and sweet, though quite timid around new people at first, so this sit would best suit someone patient, calm and experienced with animals. Nima has a routine of a beach walk in the morning and another walk in the evening, which she loves once she feels comfortable with you.
This sit would probably suit a single female or a patient couple. No children please, as the house is not set up for children and the animals are more comfortable in a quieter environment.
The home has two queen bedrooms, a backyard garden, and all mowing and external maintenance is taken care of. It is located close to shops and local amenities around Nambucca, while also being within easy reach of some beautiful coastal and hinterland areas. Around 30 minutes to Bellingen, 40 minutes to and 40 minutes to .
Please be aware that the cats and dog all have established routines, and I would really prefer somebody with genuine animal experience and care, rather than someone simply looking for a free stay while feeding animals. Their wellbeing and comfort in the home is very important to me.
