About this house sitting position in Nambucca Heads

🌊 House Sit in Beautiful Nambucca Heads
Preferred Sitters: Non‑smoking couple with experience caring for large dogs
🏡 About Our Home
We live in a comfortable two storey home just minutes from the river, beaches and local shops. The property includes:
• A fully fenced garden
• Undercover back patio
• Fenced balcony
• Easy access to flat riverfront walking paths and the scenic Nambucca breakwall
It’s a peaceful area where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing ashore.
🐾 About the Dogs
We have two well trained, well behaved senior dogs:
• 12 year old Labrador X
• 10 year old Golden Labrador (both ~30 kg)
They are affectionate and used to routine. Sitters must:
• Have experience with large dogs
• Be able to spend plenty of time at home
• Take them out once or twice daily
• Be fit enough for regular walks
They love the off lead dog beach (6 minute drive) and the local dog park (1.4 kms). Some light garden watering may be required.

Nambucca Heads is a fantastic coastal holiday spot with plenty to enjoy:
• Walking, swimming, kayaking, cycling and fishing
• Jacks Ridge Mountain Bike Park (10 minutes)
• Stuarts Island Golf Course
• Woolworths, IGA, RSL, Surf Club café, Bowlo and many restaurants
• Coffs Harbour only 35 minutes away for major shopping
• Close to the historic towns of Macksville, Bowraville and Bellingen

• Comfortable and experienced with large dogs
• Able to maintain the dogs’ routine and be home regularly
• Fit enough for daily outings

“Great location, owners and Labradors. The dogs need walking but that's easy with public space by the lake just out the back door. We sometimes chose to drive the dogs 20 minutes to beaches for walks. The local shops are ten minutes walk away and include a mini-market, bakery, Australia Post, bottle shop, service station, and a couple of cafe/restaurants. This was a great sit for us.”
