About this house sitting position in Narangba QLD

Lovely 4 bedroom (3 bedrooms available for use), 2 bathroom home situated on 850 square meters on a corner block. Looking for housesitters in August while we are overseas visiting family.
Must be willing and able to walk 1 dog daily - he is a big dog so a degree of strength is required; 3 indoor cats and 1 small (not yet 1M) Stimson Python snake. Picking up of dog poo and cat poo is required (cats have access to an outdoor run which is where they go to the toilet).
We will try and ensure that lawns do not need to be mowed whilst away but pot plants will need to be watered.
House is in a lovely location in a quiet area with lots of bird life and a small creek to the front of the property (across the road).
The use of our pool and spa is available as well and indoor and outdoor cooking facilities
