About this house sitting position in Nedlands

We have a comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large backyard (mostly lawn). Walking distance to the supermarket & parks. Convenient location and great neighbourhood.
The main requirement is to look after our dog Charlie. He's a poodle border collie X, 9 1/2 years old, very healthy and active, loves a walk and loves people. He's ok with other dogs, but will occasionally bark at large dogs.
Other requirements include collecting mail & general cleaning. No lawn mowing or gardening required - lawn mower man visits fortnightly and gardener monthly.
