Beautiful renovated private and secure townhouse close to shops cafes, restaurants and pub - street behind Hampden Road. Free CAT bus to city walk to Matilda Bay through Uni via underpass. Looking after two female dogs a red Cavoodle (7) and a Golden Retriever (5) well trained with self feeder and dog door to garden. Need lots of love and attention very affectionate and a morning and afternoon short block walk daily. Prefer retired couple or couple where one is mostly at home or can wfh. One bedroom double bed available for use with sit stand desk and chair/screen. Secure garage with remote door.

“Enjoyed our time in Mandurah despite some not so great weather. Still managed our daily walks with Bella and Pumpkin who we fell in love with. It did help to do this sit as a couple, little dog for me and big stronger dog for husband. The home was very comfortable, secure and a short walk to all the cafes and shops in Mandurah.
Couldn't ask for a nicer couple to housesit/pet sit for.”
