About this house sitting position in Nerang
Hello, I live in a gated community on the Gold Coast. I have a 3 bed 2 bath home with all mod cons, including pool, gym, sauna, steam room. My home has no lawns & minimal gardens. Ducted A/C, BBQ, solar, 3 door fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, netflix & 2 tv's, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 king single.
I have a miniature 14yo healthy labradoodle who needs a walk morning & afternoon. She uses a doggie door to access the garden. Bus stop & shopping centre is no more than 10 minutes walk from home, there's a Coles, Woolworth & Aldi supermarket. 2 minute drive to the shops. Car parking is in my driveway as my car will be in the garage.
