10 acre property, Federation style home, panoramic views situated on plains in the Derwent Valley.
Securely fenced property, easy parking around the home, outside power point access, 3 bedroom, two bathroom, reversed air con, wood heater, clean inside and outside. We have a secure chicken coop with 18 assorted hens, fresh eggs every day, two horses named Daisy and Missy, these will not require much attention. Our requirements is for our two 2.5 year old lap dogs. One is a large long haired chi, Buddy, he has time critical medication which needs to be administered 3 x per day for seizures, now under control. His best mate Charlie Brown who is a Maltese x shitsu recently hurt his back leg, had surgery and it's failed, so he limps, lots of $ spent on these two. These puppies are like our children, sleep on our bed, do require toileting a couple times during the night, but are easy going and loving. My daughter is getting married in Victoria on 10 th October. We are hoping to go a few days earlier on the spirit and return home two days after the wedding, about 5 days. Bedrooms have excellent beds and the best mattresses. It's a homely country home, we have the biggest bath, unlimited water to accommodate a great soak, with farmhouse made bath and body products, one of my specialties, to spoil yourself. We would prefer no other dogs, our dogs have not been socialised with other dogs. and Charlie Brown can be protective. Buddy will hide.
