About this house sitting position in New Park, Kyogle
2 storey home, downstairs will have 1 x bedroom available for use with king bed and downstairs bathroom. Kitchen and living room upstairs available for use also.
We have 8 x chickens (hens) and 3 x outdoor cats (inside in cat room overnight) that need water and food topping up, locking up at night time and letting out in the mornings.
Off street parking in driveway available. Secure and quiet neighbourhood, police officer lives next door.
Non smokers please and no pets to be here please.
Located in a beautiful country town with an abundance of natural beauty to explore incl rainforests, swimming holes, creeks, bush walks and more all within 20 mins drive - Border Ranges National Park, Brisbane 2.5 hours, Gold Coast 1.5 hours, Ballina and Byron Bay 1 hour drive. There is a Golf course at the end of the estate and located 2km walk to the Main Street of town
