About this house sitting position in Newstead

Hi there, we are a family of 4 looking for a solo / couple experienced in looking after dogs and cats to mind our fur babies (and house) so we can head off overseas for a month.

We have 2 dogs, an English Staffordshire Bull Terrier (11 years young) and a French Bulldog pup (currently 12 months) and 2 cats both Maine Coons aged 3 years. All get along well.

Our house is a beautiful 1925 character come in inner city Newstead, with 3 decent sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and lots of room. The garden is an oasis with lots of fruit trees. It's fully fenced and close by to the CBD and inner city lifestyle but still within easy reach of the Tamar Valley and all that Northern Tassie has to offer. The city is a 20 minute walk but we are also happy to provide you with a vehicle whilst we are away.

Note, not a good sit for the allergy prone with a lot of furbabies to contend with!

Also dogs and cats are allowed inside and outside and one of our pooches in particular will be attached to you and want to lie next to you at all times including on the bed. If this concerns you we may not be a good match! Read more...
