About this house sitting position in Newtown

My husband and I are planning to travel overseas in 2026 we are looking for a reliable retired person or couple to look after our dog Karla who is a collie kelpie shepard cross and our tabby cat named Holly
Both animals adore each other and sleep inside at night. Karla loves lots of attention treats and playing ball games
Holly sleeps most of the time. As we have never left our animals before we are a little nervous and would like to do a meet and greet before to see that both parties are comfortable. We would like to also get away for a trial week to see how things go
We have a lovely comfortable well maintained spacious house within close walking distance to park shops medical centre cafes and restaurants.
