About this house sitting position in NINDERRY

We live on a rural 2 acre property located in Ninderry, which has the cute little town of Yandina just 5 minutes away, and fabulous beach options within 16 minutes drive from here.
We have lawns to mow with a ride on mower, as well as a pool to maintain. If there has been no rain, we would also ask you to do some watering.
We have two Cavoodle dogs who are both well trained, and loved greatly, Lloydie and Arty. We hit a tennis ball around the back yard every evening for about 30 minutes, to make their day.
Mount Ninderry is a great walk to do, and is only a 5 minute drive from our home.
The famous Eumundi markets are about 15 minutes from here.
Our closest major shopping centre is in Maroochydore, which is a 25 minute drive.
