About this house sitting position in Nirimba

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single garage house.
The only requirements I have is to have the indoor and outdoor plants and garden watered once a week. If possible, have the grass mowed once while I'm away, but if this isn't possible, it isn't a dealbreaker. It takes me about 20 minutes to do and I have battery operated mower and whippersnipper. I also have a miniature dachshund who needs to be cared for. He is very easy mainentance. He has a doggy door and is house trained. He needs a 30-60 minute walk everyday and to be fed twice a day. He does sleep in bed with me, however if you put his bed beside your bed and tell him to sleep in there, he generally will. He fine if you go out, however, he does also like company, so I'm looking for people who are home more often than not.
