About this house sitting position in NORMANVILLE

We are looking for a sitter for our home and doc (Huey) for a month or so from 11-Sep-26 to 13-10-26. Flight changes may move the date a day either way, but otherwise the dates are certain.
We have a large 2 level modern home with great sunset views from the balcony over the Gulf St Vincent. The home is freestanding on a large block with 4 queen bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and more.
Downstairs is mostly self-contained with bedrooms , bathroom and living area. The kitchen is upstairs along with main living and dining area, master bedroom and bathroom. Throughout are modern appliances inc dishwasher and comfortable furniture. We also have good mobile phone service, a large driveway (suits caravan) and good water pressure. WiFi is also available for you, along with TV and streaming.
We are not far from the main road connecting Adelaide to Kangaroo Island. Normanville is a vibrant small country community, with medical, shopping and other local businesses. Nearby is Yankalilla, then Victor Harbor with the Adelaide CBD only 1.25 hours by car, or less by train from Seaford.
Huey is a 4-year old Jack Russel that needs walking daily (beach nearby) while we are away. The garden is mostly self-sustaining with automatic watering, but does require oversight in case of any maintenance.
We are happy (and prefer) a face-to-face meeting as part of the process and to provide an initial briefing to make sure us and you are happy with the arrangement.
