About this house sitting position in North Avoca

We have a lovely comfortable home that is about 400 meters from one of the best surf beaches in NSW and a lake is across the road. We have a studio that we usually rent out but for your house sit this can be your bedroom and bathroom as well as use of the rest of the house. I would want our bedroom and possibly the spare room not to be disturbed. We would appreciate watering the garden and our plants as required.
We travel quite a lot and our main concern is the care and love of our 3 year old dog Lola. Lola is a cross kelpie/mini poodle otherwise spoken about as Hairy Maclary. Lola loves people, daily walks and swims on the beach and in the lake and likes to play with other dogs (there is a leash free area at the end of our street). She is energetic and gets into the occasional mischief. Under our bed is her "pool room". We are looking for someone who can love our Lola and will enjoy our beautiful location. Unfortunately we don't think Lola would cope with another animal in the house.
