About this house sitting position in North Avoca

A relaxed coastal home in a quiet area. It takes 20 minutes walk to North Avoca Beach and about the same to Terrigal. Erina the main shopping area is about a 10 minute drive away. There is a bus at the end of our lane. The house itself has ducted air-conditioning with timber oak flooring. We have lovely decks to capture the valley view. There is plenty of birdlife to enjoy. We have one dog Peppa who is 10 years old and a rescue girl. She is a border collie cross and loves a daily walk. She is easy care and just loves a pat and a carrot. We have a lovely garden downstairs to be enjoyed. I enjoy cooking so our kitchen is well equiped with European appliances. There is a lovely guest room on the entry level with bathroom. We have a gym too. We love our home and hope to find someone who will enjoy our home and love our Peppa. We will need references and prefer someone that we can meet with prior.
