About this house sitting position in North Beach

Modern, secure and cosy little home just 300 metres from the beach in the coastal suburb of North Beach WA. 🏖️

Enjoy relaxing and unwinding in the peaceful Balinese-inspired garden while listening to the birds, or take a short stroll along the beautiful coastline.

My home is equipped with everything you’ll need, including Wi-Fi, Netflix and all the creature comforts.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you’ll have a cuddly little man named Chester to keep you company.😻

Chester is a 5 year-old cat who is an absolute love bug. He loves and needs human company and enjoys lots of cuddles. Im looking for someone who's is home by 5pm daily to get him inside (he's an outside cat during day & inside at night).
If you take him to bed, he’ll happily sleep beside you most of the night (but on his side of the bed, of course! 😂).

While I’m away at work, I’m looking for a reliable, quiet, clean single person who can:

● Feed Chester daily and give him plenty of love.
● Send me regular photo/video updates
● Occasionally water the indoor and outdoor plants.
● Keep an eye on my ponds/water features, ensuring the water is topped up and the pumps are clean and running smoothly
● Sweep the pergola area if required
● Keep the house super clean (like the way I left it)
● Be respectful of my neighbours.
● Put the bins out on Sunday evenings.

House Rules:
● Single occupant only (please don't reach out if not solo)
● No parties.
● No overnight guests or visitors (I respectfully ask that you visit friends).
● Non-smoker.
● Police clearance and references required.
● Respect my home, privacy and personal belongings.

Most importantly… you must genuinely love cats!😻

My home is my sanctuary, so I’d love to meet you first to make sure we’re the right fit for each other and, most importantly, for Chester.
