About this house sitting position in North Beach

Modern, secure and cosy home just 300 metres from the beach in the coastal suburb of North Beach. 🏖️

Enjoy relaxing and unwinding in the tranquil Balinese-inspired garden while listening to the birds, or take a short stroll along the beautiful coastline.

My home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you’ll need, including Wi-Fi, Netflix and all the comforts of home.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you’ll have a cuddly little man named Chester to keep you company.

Chester is a 5 year-old cat who is an absolute love bug. He loves and needs human company and enjoys lots of cuddles. Im looking for someone who's is home by 5pm daily to get him inside (he's outside cat during day & inside at night).
If you invite him onto the bed, he’ll happily sleep beside you (on his side of the bed, of course! 😂).

While I’m away at work, I’m looking for a reliable, quiet, clean single person who can:

● Feed Chester daily and give him plenty of love.
● Send me regular photo and video updates
● Occasionally water the indoor and outdoor plants.
● Keep an eye on my fish ponds, ensuring the water is topped up and the pumps are clean and running ok
● Sweep the pergola area if required
● Keep the house super clean (I’m a little OCD! 😊).
● Be respectful of my neighbours.
● Put the bins out on Sunday evenings.


House Rules:
● Single occupant only.
● No parties.
● No overnight guests or visitors (I respectfully ask that you visit friends).
● Non-smoker.
● Police clearance and references required.
● Respect my home, privacy and personal belongings.

Most importantly… you must genuinely love cats!😻

My home is my sanctuary, so I’d love to meet you first to make sure we’re the right fit for each other and, most importantly, for Chester.
